Hans Wheeler speaks about what appears to be the deliberate murder of his brother, Pieter, while in police custody this past weekend. Pieter Wheeler was a Pretoria building contractor who was locked up overnight for (allegedly) being drunk in public, and was beaten and kicked to death by black inmates in a cell in Grabouw, near Cape Town.
