Hello, Africa!

Gen. Magnus Malan, author of "
My Life with the South African Defence Force," speaks in this exclusive interview with
The Right Perspective about his victory over the combined Communist forces of Cuba, Angola and the Soviet Union during the Angolan War, which is considered on par with Gen. Douglas MacArthur's Inchon landing and Hannibal's victory at Cannae.
Gen. Malan is not widely known outside of South Africa, but he is considered to be one of the great military geniuses of the 20th Century.

If Magnus could have diverted or suppressed the insurgents ***within*** a politically and motivationally fractured Armscor paramilitary and NP Government, the EMP Cannon would have been finished and UNITA would have won with South African help through the destruction of the Russian Migs (which was one of our biggest problems). But all that was lost, along with her cargo and passengers, when the Helderberg was destroyed in 1987 off the coast of Mauritius and that was really, I think, the true turning point in the Angolan conflict as well as the loss of South Africa as a viable society. But it was outside of Magnus' control, after all the plan was much larger than any any politcial figure and you can only rely on the information you are given, pertaining to any situation.
Now we have a corrupt ANC government in control of one of the most beautiful and resource filled countries in the world. Can it get any worse? Possibly, I expect it, look at the history of every other African nation.
