Boere Or Afrikaaner?

Dr. Lets Pretorius discusses the upcoming elections for the Boere Laer, a grassroots organization that will legally and peacefully push for an independent homeland for the Boerevolk.

Dr. Lets also discusses the distinction between what is a Boere and an Afrikaaner. As even the South African government has officially recognized, the Boere are a people within the Afrikaaner community, separated by culture and community, who were not involved in the institutionalizing of Apartheid in South Africa.

As a Folk, the Boere have a legal way to internationally work for their own independence, according to United Nations charters. To be represented as a Folk, the Boere will be holding elections for representatives to a council which will lead them.

The Right Perspective is proud to have be included in the Emily Hobhouse Waggon by the Boerevolk. Emily Hobhouse is the British lady who had compassion with the Boere and did all she could to improve their position in the holocaust camps during the Second Boere War.
