Reeves rose to fame in Durban for catching criminals and handcuffing them to a lamppost while "awarding them a medal" (a paper with the words, "I am a thief caught by Combat"). Out on a 4,000 Rand bail, Norman Reeves talks with The Right Perspective about these charges.
